About

“The execution is marred by conventional coldness and obsolete academicalism.”
- Athenæum 640.1 (14 May 1890)

Mark A. McCutcheon, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of Literary Studies at Athabasca University. This blog documents my research and teaching, which focuses on postcolonial studies, Romantic literature, and popular culture, with increasing focus on copyright and intellectual property regulation.

I post about once per week, usually early in the week. (I’m participating in #postaweek2011, but expect to continue posting weekly thereafter.)
